'87 5.0 notch parts car in COON RAPIDS

Bought Roast 'em's car today. I have an '87 5.0 Notchback WITH an AOD transmission. I'll be using the v8 parts for my 351 swap. Anything else is fair game for cheap sale.

I have the stock 5.0, stock transmission, SOME interior (I'm swiping some) RH fender in good shape, 4 "phone dial" tires/wheels (from MY car) and a bunch of other parts. ALL for sale!

hey dan, i'd like to take a look at the fender. and i need on of the parking light connectors and maybe six inches of wire off it. what do you think about that?

I can take a picture of the fender if you'd like, also the parking lights, which one do you need? That sounds fine by me, E-mail me or call me or something, I can get that stuff put together, when are you in town?

well not the actual light, just the connector, the part the bulb plugs into, and some wires. i don't have your phone #. and i know i asked roastem about some other stuff i was looking into on his car, if you have the thread for that, check it out and remind me.

i'm in the cities for thanksgiving, and maybe the weekend before that, you think you'll still have the car then??? what about the door on the passenger side...... any good?
now i'm deciding to pass on the ac crap. but maybe some interior depending on color and what you haven't gutted out of it yet. this is the last post of the night for me (women are rushing the door) but i'll check tomorrow again.

I chose not to take the doors as I knew they wouldn't fit for me. Check with Roast 'em for those doors. They WERE really nice, I think you'd want them.

The interior is red. What are you looking for inside?

I'm sure I'll have the car for a while, I am pulling quite a bit out..

hey dan, does the car run? if it does i'd like to listen to the power steering pump, see if it is quiet, if it is i'd like that........ maybe the alternator also. i looked at the pic of the fender, is that molding that is still on it or what??? it looks weird, maybe it's just cuz it's upside down, i'm not sure....
oh BTW, i ran a 13.603 today, i'll post more info on the time etc on a different thread.

The car supposedly ran before I got it. I'm sure things were OK. The alternator looks new, but not sure about the power steering pump. I'd like to sell the motor complete, so I'd rather not pull anything off it. The fender has the LX molding on it still and it's in great shape!

i'm assuming the molding can come off the same way it can on a gt fender right? i don't see why it'd be different?
ok, that's fine about the motor.... i don't need the whole thing, but if you are going to part out the motor, lemme know.

i want that damn connector thing, now i actually want both the right side parking light one and side marker one.
the passenger mirror triangle. some interior door bezels. i want to look at the fender, maybe get it.
i'm not sure what else, look at the thread where we talked about this yesterday.
i don't see why one more car in your salvage yard is going to make such a big difference anyway..... what, did the neighboor finally start talking crap to your face instead of behind your back?

i would be interested in the door panels, hood, possibly new trunk and if you have some seats in gd condition

A white hood drilled for hood pins in good shape.
All red seats, couple of tiny holes in them, good shape overall.
Trunk is already spoken for.
I have misc. interior as well as a passenger side fender in good shape. (Greg you want this or what?)

i'm not sure about the fender still dan..... i'm kinda on the fence about it.
it's just that my fender is perfectly good except for one little thing... and i could get that fixed when it's in the body shop this spring... when i'm at your place i'll look at it i guess. but there is some misc interior junk i want, i'll get that from you when i'm at your house.
