Some items for the upcoming PDE...

Event T-Shirts (http://www.tracktimemotorsports.com/PDE2006tshirt.pdf)

This year we will have a really nice (much higher quality than last year) event T-shirt. Last year we did the transfers ourselves due to timing & cost. This year they will be professionally done and will last much longer. I have attached a PDF file showing what it will look like. If you are interested and want to make sure that you get one, please order one from us NOW. Cost is $10/each unless you need 2XL or larger in which case they will be $12.00/each. You can pay at the event if you would like or PayPal/check now is okay too.

Registration

Many of you have already registered & paid. Thank you for that. For those that haven't I just wanted to shoot a quick note to tell everyone that registration & payment will be very much appreciated by 4/21/06 or sooner. We will take registrations right up until the day of, but it really helps me with planning if I can get them ASAP. Note that this is especially important if you are a beginner or otherwise wanting instruction.

I know from talking to some of you that we should be seeing many more registrations but not too many have come in recently. Please do what you can to at least get registered even if you intend to send a check a little later.

Tech Day

Reminder that our tech day is Thursday, the 27th. You do not have to attend, but it is a good time and gets tech inspection all taken care of.

Day: Thursday, 4/27/06
Time: 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Place: Arrow Pontiac

Address:
1111 HWY 110
Inver Grove Heights, MN

You can grab some further Tech information here:
MN F-Body PDE Tech Page

It is NOT a requirement to come to this tech day. You can have your car inspected independently and bring a completed, signed form with you to the event.

Friday BBQ:
Please remember to pay for the BBQ if you intend to join us. We would like to have payment at least 1 week prior to the event. It is $9.00/each and you can remit payment with a check by mail, or via PayPal. You can pay me at the Tech Day if you are coming. At the very least, please advise me of your intentions so that we can plan accordingly.

If using PayPal, please send it here: TD@TrackTimeMotorsports.com

If sending a check, please send it here:

Track Time Motorsports, LLC
3234 Rice Street
St. Paul, MN 55126

Thanks!

Is it possible to get your car tech inspected at the track on May 6th?

We want to avoid that if at all possible. It's also in your best interest to have it done ahead of time so that if anything needs attention you can get it taken care of before driving to the track.

If there is no other good option, we will certainly tech your car at the track. I would prefer to do it Friday afternoon/evening.

If none of the above sounds good to you, let me know and I'll work out a time with you to tech your car for you in the next couple of weeks.

Thursday the 27th will probably work for me, but there is a slim chance I may be traveling for work that week. How much do they charge for the tech inspection?

If you come to our Tech Day on the 27th there is No Charge. Or, if you ask me to do it some other time there is no charge. The only way you will pay is if you bring it to a shop & have it done. Even if you did that, I don't think it would cost much. It's pretty basic stuff.

Did you get my PM the other day regarding this stuff?

Ok...well, I'll try to make it on the 27th.

hmm.. the las PM I got from you was you response to my question about my helmet, and whether or not there were any available to rent.
