Not sure if you guys have ever been to this show, but it is great. if you own any car books, they were probably published by this company. largest automotive publisher in the us, maybe world - not sure. link with flyer is below.... not a lot of late model stuff, but there are lots of vintage - cobras, porsches, ferraris, lotus, minis, e-types and tons of american stuff.
show is free, books are on sale - i think the warehouse is 10-15% and the tent (huge) is 50% and more off. about an hour north of the cities.
a bunch of people from where i was from always went the 6 hr round trip for the event.
probably leaving the cities around 9 or so if interested (i am mtg family and friends from my home town)

I go every year...it's called Wings and Wheels. One of the best shows of the year to go to.
I think it's always the weekend after Labor Day too....

yup, they hardly send out flyers anymore on it, everyone just comes. look for a teal gt with several 60's stangs around it. i'll keep my eyes open for teh lincoln

Scott, if I go I'll snap some pics of your car for my book. That would be kinda cool – pics of a car at the Motorbooks show in a CarTech book!
